This prefix is added to all data files created by nvm that are particular to a specific operator. When you save outlines and other "results", this text string is added to the front of the file name. If the prefix is set to, "rjm", examples include, "rjm_Landmark.xml", "rjm_contour.buchar", and "rjm34.otl". For more information on various files used by nvm, see Files.
Check this if you want all user actions to be saved in a log file. This is essential for debugging. The location of the log file is determined by the next text box. The default location "." (a period) is the directory where you launched nvm. The log files are named, "nvmUserLog#" where # is the process ID of nvm (which changes each time you run nvm).
Check this if the path to images should be [path given below]/ID#/Scan#/ . THIS IS NOT CURRENTLY USED.
This is the beginning of the path to image files. THIS IS NOT CURRENTLY USED, the info file tells where the images are instead.
Check this if you want to include the ID and Scan numbers in the path to the outline files. For example, if the path (given below) is "/Data", then when this option is checked, the outline file for ID=11, Scan=10, slice=30 will be located at /Data/11/10/rm30.otl, where in this case "otl" is the segmenter's prefix.
This is the beginning of the path to outline files.
