* Selected outlines are drawn in white unless colors are showing
when they are drawn in green
* Contours
* Double click to set all views to show that point
* Shift click to print information about data that point
* Print the number of things that were selected
* Spacebar allows selection of other outlines if more than one were found
* Select by click inside or below (preference)outline or contour
Drag off to delete
When outlines (or contours) are hidden, don’t select them.
Isointensity contours
* Click sets intensity and draws all contours at that intensity
* Dynamic adjust using 3rd (rightmost) mouse button
* Display contour intensity number
* Updates display of intensities in histogram window if showing
Enter numeric threshold and draw all contours at that intensity
Draw
* Drag and draw
* Point-to-point draw
* End line with right-click
* End line with " "
* Erase last click or 10% with middle-click
Different sizes
Nudge
* switch to Nudge Tool with 'g' keypress
* Select outline with shift-left-click (like Arrow Tool) when Nudge Tool
is selected (and stay in Nudge Tool if user presses spacebar to select
a different outline at the same click location)
* left-click to nudge selected outline at click
* Different sizes: 1-10, increase with right-click, decrease with shift-right-click
* undo as many nudges as were made with 'G' (captial-g) keypress
* don't allow undoing nudges after changing to any other tool
Erase
Erases a contour over a rectangular area.
* Erase with left click
* Erase with left drag
* Different sizes 1-10 increase with right click, decrease with shift-right-click
Undo erasing with "r"
needs a better way of selecting eraser size
Box Select
(Currently disabled)
Adjust size, orientation then take histogram on click or something

* Assign current label to all unlabeled outilnes for this slice
* Assign current label to all unlabeled outlines for all slices
* Find label if showing (ctrl-f) - starting at the current slice,
search through all slices for the label currently selected in the Label
Tool. There are two version of the "Find"
command. This one searches for labels after everything is drawn.
The other version (only available through a menu in the Label Tool) searches
through every outline in each slice.
* Replace and Find showing labels again (ctrl-g) - After using ctrl-f
to find a label, use the Label Tool to change the currently selected
label. Then ctrl-g will replace the latest found outline's label and
then find another.
* Find all labels - starting at the current slice,
search through all slices for the label currently selected in the Label
Tool. This version of the Find comman searches for labels
through every outline in each slice even if it does not end up showing
after drawing all labels.
* Replace and Find all labels again - After
using Find all labels to find a label, use the Label
Tool to change the currently selected label. Then this command will
replace the latest found outline's label and then find another.

Histogram
* Take histogram over outlined region (selected by mouse click)
* "f" fill to start histogram at current mouse position
* Show filled region in white to detect leaks
* Show initial histogram with full intensity range
* Zoom into intensity range with 3rd (rightmost) button click-drag-release
* Show current contour intensity values in proper color and update if
they are changed.
* Set current contour to intensity by clicking 1st (leftmost) button
in histogram window
* Set current contour to "mid-peak" intensity by choosing peaks in histogram
window with 2nd (middle) mouse button click-drag-release
* Button and "s" scales to full histogram
* Button and "c" clears white histogram region in image window
* Button and "h" to hide histogram window
